Omella Punches manufactures all types of marking punches, also known as steel stamps, suitable for hammer marking as well as press stamping applications.

TRACEABILITY

All punches have their manufacturing number engraved on a side that identifies punch, so that Omella punches achieve a perfect traceability of all their punches.

TYPES OF ENGRAVING

Standard: for marking soft or hot metals: engraving tip according to logo thicknesses and solid surfaces, conicity 20º.
Robust: for hard metals: 0.1mm engraving tip, only lines are engraved, 40º conicity.
Low fatigue: for hard metals: 0.25mm rounded engraving tip, only lines are engraved, 45º conicity.
Dotted: for hard metals: 0.25mm rounded engraving tip, only dotted lines are recorded, 45º conicity.

Details

The standard hammer marking punch is suitable for marking all types of metal, including steel, stainless steel, iron, brass, bronze and copper. It is a lightweight, agile and ultra-resistant steel punch, ideal for small markings such as logos, signatures, initials, texts and codes.

As a standard-size punch, it offers a very economical price and a fast manufacturing time. It can be engraved with custom logos or personalized text, depending on customer requirements.

The P8/100 punch features a lateral reference band that indicates the engraving foot, ensuring accurate alignment and correct centering during marking. All round-body punches include this side mark, allowing the logo or design to be consistently positioned with every strike.

Each punch is supplied with a protective rubber cap to prevent impacts with other punches during storage, along with instructions for correct and safe use.

Manufactured from high-quality tool steel (DIN 1.2379), this punch offers superior performance and durability compared to other steels with the same nominal composition.

All punches feature a unique manufacturing number engraved on the side, allowing Omella Punches to ensure full traceability of every tool produced.

This compact steel stamp is especially preferred for knife marking, both cold marking and hot metal marking, always performed before the blade heat-treatment process.
